Debendra Sapkota hails from Ilam, a tiny village in eastern Nepal that boarders Darjeeling. He brings 15 years of experience working in some of the finest Indian restaurants in the area, first as a waiter, then as a manager and finally as an owner. Throughout these changes, one thing has remained a constant: his impeccable track record in customer service. This is his pride and joy. He goes out of his way to make sure that his customers are well taken care of.
